Package the Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
